سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع لحرصنا على تقديم أفضل خدمة لعملائنا، فإن جميع مشترياتك من متجر Sillage قابلة للاستبدال والاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ وصولها إليك. كل ما عليك هو: - التأكد من الشحنة سليمة وفى حالتها الاصلية وبدون أي تلف - التواصل معنا على الواتس اب: 966507319582+ - كما يمكنك مخاطبتنا عن طريق الايميل: [email protected] شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع: - في حال أراد العميل تبديل المنتج بدون وجود عيب في المنتج ولم يتم فتح العطر فالعميل مسؤول عن تكاليف الشحن الجديدة و رسوم الإعادة. - في حالة إنه تم شحن الطلب للعميل وأراد الغاء الطلب وإسترداد المبلغ يتم إحتساب رسوم الشحن والإسترجاع وإعادة المبلغ المتبقي لحساب العميل بعد إستلام الشحنة من شركة الشحن في مدة أقصاها 7 أيام عمل - إذا كانت السلعة شابها عيب أو لا تطابق وصف الموقع، يكون لك حق إستبدالها و تعويضك بسلعة جديدة مجاناً. - الطلبات خارج المملكة العربية السعودية غير قابلة للإرجـاع او الإستبدال.

All you have to do is: - Check the shipment is intact and in its original state and without any damage - Contact us on WhatsApp: 966507319582- You can also address us by e-mail: [email protected] Conditions for replacement and retrieval: - In the event that the customer wants to replace the product without a defect in the product and the perfume is not opened, the customer is responsible for the new shipping costs and the return fees. - In the event that the request is shipped to the customer and the request is wanted to cancel and recover the amount, the shipping and retrieval fees will be calculated and the remaining amount is returned to the customer's account after receiving the shipment from the shipping company in a maximum period of 7 working days - If the commodity is marred by a defect or does not match the description of the site, you have the right to replace it and compensate you with a new commodity for free. Applications outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not rejected or replaced.
